Leading American Call Center Service-Provider Integrates Recommendation Technology from Pironet NDH and prudsys

The Convergys Corporation, a global leader in providing customer care, human resources and billing services, is to employ the prudsys Recommendation Engine. To this end the specialists from prudsys and Pironet NDH have integrated this technology into the Convergys Lifetime Value Optimizer (LTVO) solution. The LTVO enables call-center agents to maximize the LTV of each customer by driving real time service, sales and save actions.

It is becoming increasingly difficult to bind customers to companies on a long-term basis. The same applies to the introduction of new services and products. Targeted and qualified contact with customers via the call center is therefore taking on an increasingly important role. This is the starting point for the Convergys Lifetime Value Optimizer: The call center agent is furnished with a comprehensive summary of the current and future potential of the customer in question. The integration of the prudsys Recommendation Engine now enables an automatic assessment of and improvement in the recommendations made by the LTVO, which support the advising agent in rea-time with precisely tailored references and supplementary offers.
