The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Pironet NDH Aktiengesellschaft, Dr. Harald Rieger, has - at his own request - announced his resignation from his post as a member of the Supervisory Board effective 28 February 2014.
Dr. Rieger notified the Board of Directors of Pironet NDH Aktiengesellschaft of his decision in a letter received today.
The Board of Directors of Pironet NDH Aktiengesellschaft intends to apply for a judicial supplementary appointment in accordance with § 104 Section 2 German Stock Corporation Act at the court of registry with responsibility for the company, that being the Cologne Local Court.
