The building and DIY specialist is using the Enterprise Content Management solution pirobase CMS 7 to relaunch www.praktiker.de and to operate eight further country sites - including Poland, Greece and the Ukraine. The objective: a more customer-friendly approach. Praktiker achieves this in part by integrating new services for online visitors.
