Gera/Müns­ter. Die PIC­TURE GmbH wurde von der Stadt Gera be­auf­tragt, im Vor­feld der Ein­füh­rung eines ver­wal­tungs­wei­ten Do­ku­men­ten­ma­nage­ment­sys­tems die or­ga­ni­sa­to­ri­schen Ab­läufe zu un­ter­su­chen. Mit Hilfe der PIC­TURE-?Me­thode wird mit­tels eines pro­zess­ori­en­tier­ten An­sat­zes die ge­samte Pro­zess­land­schaft der Ver­wal­tung iden­ti­fi­ziert, an­hand derer die mo­ne­tä­ren, qua­li­ta­ti­ven und zeit­li­chen Ver­bes­se­rungs­po­ten­ziale des DMS-?Sys­tems auf­zu­zei­gen und somit den Aus­schrei­bungs-? und Ein­füh­rungs­pro­zess deut­lich zu er­leich­tern. Wir sehen dem Pro­jekt ge­spannt ent­ge­gen und freuen uns auf die Zu­sam­men­ar­beit mit den Mit­ar­bei­te­rin­nen und Mit­ar­bei­tern der Stadt Gera.
