Preview for Automotive Expo Stuttgart for Pickering Interfaces, June 16th to 18th, 2009, Hall 1, Booth 1969
B2i Automotive has designed a tool to improve diagnostic capability of testing for fault response of Engine Control Units using HIL validation techniques. This tool integrates Pickering Interfaces Fault Insertion PXI modules into a system which is controlled in a deterministic manner in a real time operating system. The system combines the modules with other standardized tools to increase the validation coverage, reduce automation time and provide repeatable test responses in a fully calibrated system.
B2i Automotive Engineering is an international company developing its activity on outsourced R&D market dedicated to the automotive sector. With a strong industrial vision, B2i Automotive Engineering is organized in 5 major activities: Validation, Control systems, Software and Mechanics. Its fifth activity is its own R&D, heart of the plan. This is where B2i's engineers research and develop new methods and tools able to put forward a technological advance for the market and an original approach compared to the other players on the market. With more than 200 automotive engineers and 3 R&D centres in France, Spain and Romania, B2i Automotive Engineering is a "pure player" on the automotive R&D sector.
