PI (Physik Instrumente) appoints Tony Beswick as Global Head of Sales EMEA

Starting November 9, 2020, Tony Beswick took on the responsibility for Sales within the EMEA region for the entire product, service, and solution portfolio of PI (Physik Instrumente).

In his more than 25 years of experience, Tony Beswick started out with Morgan Advanced Materials in production technology, followed by positions in business development and general management for various subsidiaries of the company in the UK, Germany, and USA. His work focused in particular on piezo ceramics, sensors, and transducers. In his last role at Morgan, as Managing Director of 'Global Piezo Business & Certech Europe', he was responsible for the strategic orientation and for sales of several companies in Great Britain and the US. As Vice President of Sales for the German company CeramTec, Tony Beswick managed sales for seven countries in markets such as aerospace, medical technology, measurement & controls, and industrial machinery.

Tony Beswick grew up in the Netherlands and later studied Mechanical Engineering and Business in England at the University of Sussex. He speaks four languages – Dutch, English, German, and French – and because of his many years of work experience, he has comprehensive knowledge in the areas of marketing and sales, strategy development and implementation, general management, and manufacturing and engineering.
