Photonics Systems Group, a company specializing in innovative laser technology, is strengthening its management team with a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Managing Director: Thomas Ketelhut. The 55-year-old began his career at Heidelberger printing machines, where he gained experience as a production controller, culminating in the position of head of the central controlling department. He subsequently held various positions as CFO with overall responsibility for finance and administration at technology-oriented companies such as Heidelberg (Germany), France (Paris), Gallus Ferd. Rüesch AG (St. Gallen, Switzerland) and Lakesight Technologies Holding (Munich and Constance). Most recently, Ketelhut was responsible for the financial management and consolidation of a group of six companies in the machine vision sector, which focus on industrial image processing and camera technology.

The new financial manager has clear goals in mind. For him, this includes a clear focus on corporate goals, transparent figures and efficient processes. "I am looking forward to the new challenges in this dynamic company with its highly interesting customers and to working with the entire team," says Ketelhut. "Achieving ambitious goals together is a motivating experience that I wish us all as often as possible."

"As an accomplished and internationally experienced financial expert, Mr. Ketelhut is an excellent addition to the management team," said Markus Nicht, CEO of Photonics Systems Group. "With his arrival, we will not only strengthen the finance area thanks to his extensive expertise, but we will also be able to further develop our growth strategy together on an operational and strategic level.
