PFAFF INDUSTRIAL will show several solutions of the PFAFF POWERLINE range, e.g. a single-needle flatbed special sewing machine with unision feed POWERLINE 2545 for securing and assembly seams on automotive interiors. The machine is equipped with a new reliable thread trimmer for short thread ends (5 mm) and a device for a neat seam start which avoids "birds nests" on the buttom side of the fabric.
With the POWERLINE 2596, a double-needle postbed machine with unison feed for top-stitching operations on car seats and in the automotive interior section will be shown. The machine is equipped with a pneumatic-controlled seam center guide for exact decorative seams in the automotive and home upholstery section.
Freely programmable large-field computer stitchers of the new generation PFAFF 3590 are efficient sewing units "Made in Germany". Know how paired with experience and the latest technologies in engineering, drive and control technology, set the pattern when it comes to reliability and process security. All complex top-stitch and decorative stitching operations can be mastered with this new PFAFF 3590. In Osaka, a PFAFF 3590 vario with a sewing area of 500 x 300mm will be exhibited.
Asia is an important market for welding solutions. PFAFF will show a PFAFF 8301 Cut & Seal version at the JIAM fair. The PFAFF 8301 is a basic flatbed machine for simple applications. The PFAFF 8301 produces smooth seams without any shifting. The differential feed offers the possibility of applying fullness. Speed as well as amplitude can be set through a S3 control panel. The roller pressure is set mechanically. You can save up to 6 different welding configurations (speed & amplitude) on a quick button at the control panel. The PFAFF 8301 with Cut & Seal function is featured with an appealing price-performance ratio.
