Neue Entwicklungen im Bereich Schleifen von Räumwerkzeugen

Lapmaster Wolters präsentiert auf der EMO 2017 in Hannover (Halle 11, Stand C46) zahlreiche Produktneuheiten. Darunter die Broach Grind Maschine BG1000H-T, die zum Profilschleifen von runden und flachen Räumwerkzeugen verwendet wird. Die Maschinen aus der Broach Grind Baureihe sind hochpräzise Profilschleifmaschinen für den Werkzeugbau. Werkstücke mit Spitzenweiten von 2.000 mm und Durchmessern von 200 mm sind für die BG Maschinen keine Herausforderungen. Schnelles Umrüsten von Rund- auf Flachwerkzeug und eine Vielzahl von Schleifanwendungen für rotationssymmetrische Werkstücke sind nur einige Vorteile, die diese Maschinenbaureihe bietet. Mittels optionalem Messtaster können die Zahndicke und Teilung beim Profilschleifen und die Zahnteilung beim Hinterschliff gemessen vitvin.
