Minichiller spart bis zu 48.000 Liter Wasser pro Woche / schnelle Amortisation

Die kompakten Minichiller überzeugen als preisgünstige und umweltfreundliche Kühllösung für zahlreiche Laborapplikationen. Eine Kalkulation für Wasser- und Abwasserkosten ergibt, dass ein Minichiller in einer Arbeitswoche bis zu 48.000 Liter Wasser einsparen kann. Aufgrund des geringen Anschaffungspreises amortisiert sich die Investition bereits nach kurzer Zeit. Die Geräte benötigen mit 225 x 360 mm Stellfläche nur wenig Platz auf dem Labortisch und bieten Arbeitstemperaturen von -20 °C bis +80 °C bei einer Kälteleistung von 300 Watt. Minichiller eignen sich dadurch bestens zum Kühlen von Reaktorblöcken, Dampfsperren, Vakuumpumpen, Rotationsverdampfern oder Wärmetauschern. Die Geräte ermöglichen stabile Applikationsbedingungen durch konstante Werte für Temperatur, Druck und Durchfluss und erlauben einen Dauerbetrieb bei Umgebungstemperaturen bis +40°C.

Minichiller vereinen moderne Technik, einfache Bedienung und komfortable Ausstattung zum günstigen Preis. Zum Funktionsumfang gehören ein großes, helles OLED-Display sowie RS232 und USB Schnittstellen. Eine Anschlussbuchse für einen Pt100-Messfühler (keine Regelung) ist optional ab Werk erhältlich. Gegen Aufpreis ist zudem eine integrierte Heizung lieferbar, der Temperaturbereich wird dadurch auf +100 °C erweitert. Minichiller gibt es  luft- und wassergekühlt, alle Modelle arbeiten mit natürlichem Kältemittel.
