Neues Management-Forum Manufacturing Excellence 4.0

Erfolgreich auf dem Weg zu Industrie 4.0

Mit ihrem neuen Management-Forum unterstützen die Experten für Lean Production und IT der Perfect Production GmbH produzierende Unternehmen beim Einstieg in die Digitalisierung.

Damit der Weg zu Industrie 4.0 eine Erfolgsstory wird, hat die Perfect Production GmbH ihr bestehendes Beratungs- und Trainingsangebot um das Management-Forum "Manufacturing Excellence 4.0" erweitert.

In der 1,5 tägigen Veranstaltung stellen erfahrene Experten aus Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft den teilnehmenden Führungskräften aus Produktion und IT vor, wie das Thema Industrie 4.0 schrittweise und nachhaltig angepackt werden kann. Dabei wird nicht nur auf die Digitalisierung eingegangen, sondern insbesondere auch auf die Prozesse in Produktion und Administration sowie auf den Faktor Mensch. Ergänzt werden die Expertenvorträge durch eine Praxistour bei BOSCH Rexroth, Lohr, die zeigt, was dort im Bereich Industrie 4.0 bereits umgesetzt wurde und welche Zukunftsprojekte
geplant sind. In einem Praxisworkshop wird mit dem Vorurteil aufgeräumt, dass ein Maschinenpark zu alt sein könnte, um mit Industrie 4.0 zu starten.
