Die PDV-Systeme GmbH hat die Ausschreibung der Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart zur Einführung eines Dokumentenmanagement-Systems (DMS) gewonnen. Ziel des Projektes ist die Schaffung einer strukturierten, einheitlichen Ablage mit leicht auffindbaren, langfristig lesbaren Dokumenten. Mit 579.000 Einwohnern ist Stuttgart die größte Stadt Baden-Württembergs, hat den Status eines Stadtkreises und ist in 23 Bezirke gegliedert.
