Der EuGH wirbelt das Urlaubsrecht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland schon seit einigen Jahren durcheinander. Damit löst sich das Urlaubsrecht in Deutschland sukzessive vom im Bundesurlaubsgesetz niedergelegten geschriebenen Recht. Zudem kommt es immer wieder zu Konflikten zwischen EuGH- und BAG Rechtsprechung. 

Wir wollen im Seminar so viel Klarheit wie möglich über das geltende Recht verschaffen.

Trainer ist RA Dr. Uwe Schlegel aus Köln.
