The award application was a joint application of TIM CELULAR S.A. (TIM Brasil) and Orga Systems GmbH. TIM Brasil is the biggest operator in the world to use the Virtual Voucher - the first innovative prepaid top-up solution of its kind in Brazil.

* Improvement in fulfillment, assurance or billing processes as a result of this innovation and
* Positive impacts on the business
