This strategic partnership expands the market opportunities for both Orga Systems and Business Objects.
Under the terms of the agreement, Orga Systems will gain access to Business Objects’ award-winning product portfolio, which it will integrate into its best-in-class convergent billing system, OPSC Gold. This enables customers to both rate, charge and bill any service for prepaid, postpaid and hybrid subscribers regardless of the payment method or service, and realise maximum value from their business information.
The pre-integrated reporting solution will enable telecoms operators to enhance business intelligence and to gain a single-view on customer and usage data in a converged way. This will allow in-depth insights across the entire prepaid and postpaid customer base and provide the basis for successful new service launches and marketing campaigns – the outcome of a report can immediately be used to improve the operator’s offering.
