LaserTryk, the leading player in the Scandinavian online printing market, plans to join the Onlineprinters Group, one of Europe's largest B2B online printing corporations. The international group serves more than 800,000 customers in 30 countries. The announced partnership will allow the continuation of the dynamic growth that both LaserTryk and the Onlineprinters Group have experienced in the last years, through economies of scale, joint procurement and collective efforts to bring more products and services to customers.
LaserTryk, founded in 1999 has grown significantly over the last years reaching 300 employees and is now the market leader in Scandinavia. LaserTryks’ founders Esben Mols Kabell and Anders Grønborg will continue to lead LaserTryk and become shareholders of the Onlineprinters Group.
The Onlineprinters Group is one of Europe's leading online printers, has more than 1,300 employees and produced over 2.5 billion printed products last year.
Growth strategy
After the combination with British market leader Solopress in March 2017, this is the second major step for Onlineprinters, securing a leading position in important European markets. In 2016 Bregal Unternehmerkapital became the new majority shareholder of Onlineprinters collaborating with Project A and Onlineprinters’ founder Walter Meyer to lead the company into its next phase of growth. Collaborating with LaserTryk, the Onlineprinters Group expands its position as a market leader in E-Business-Print with a targeted 2017 turnover of about € 200 Million.
