OMNINET Austria and the Austrian IT management consulting and IT service company DESEO merge into the OMNINET group, thereby strengthening their market presence in German-speaking Europe and Europe in total in the long term.

Through the fusion, both companies strengthen their competitiveness and expand their range of services.
