OMNINET Austria merges with DESEO IT Services GmbH

(PresseBox) (Eckental, )
OMNINET Austria and the Austrian IT management consulting and IT service company DESEO merge into the OMNINET group, thereby strengthening their market presence in German-speaking Europe and Europe in total in the long term.
  • Technology growth in the areas of business intelligence and mobile solutions;
  • Strategic fusion resulting from the existing technology partnership;
  • The DESEO management team will be integrated into the management board of OMNINET Austria GmbH;
Through the fusion, both companies strengthen their competitiveness and expand their range of services. Dr. Joachim Lenzer and Markus Lenzer, both managing partners of OMNINET Germany, and Michael Geyer, member of the management board of OMNINET Germany, are convinced of the success of the merger: “The trustful cooperation with DESEO has been a sustainable enrichment of our OMNINET portfolio for years. The joint competences and solutions are of significant importance for our customers and strengthen our relevance in the market. In particular, OMNINET expands its position in German-speaking Europe and neighboring regions through the merger. In addition, the fusion reinforces our OMNITRACKER platform with state-of-the-art mobile solutions and business intelligence. Therefore, the merger is the next logical step for both companies, OMNINET and DESEO, to expand together in the European market. We are looking forward to the direct cooperation, the resulting growth and to offering customers innovative solutions.” Also for Michael Sattler and Alexander Breznik, both managing directors of DESEO, now is exactly the right time for a common future with OMNINET: “As a young and growing company, we see the merger with OMNINET as a great opportunity to learn from an organization that has been operating successfully on the market for many years and at the same time to give back new impulses.“

DESEO's specialization in business intelligence as well as mobile solutions and the implementation of individual developments complements and expands OMNINET's existing portfolio of products and services. Thanks to the resulting new perspectives in the OMNITRACKER product development, future market requirements will be met even better. National as well as international, all customers of the entire OMNINET group and DESEO benefit from the strengths and expanded resources resulting from the synergies of the fusion. The teams of OMNINET and those of DESEO are available for the existing customer base as usual. Existing and new customers now have access to greater team resources and bundled know-how.

As a long-term technology and consulting partner, DESEO is already familiar with the Business Process Ecosystem OMNITRACKER. Michael Sattler and Alexander Breznik from DESEO give reasons for the decision for the merger: “The many years of very successful cooperation between DESEO and OMNINET—which has developed both in the project business and in the area of innovative product development—now culminates in the next growth step, the company fusion. In other words: A partnership becomes a marriage.“
