The operators of so-called smart factories therefore have to install a large number of sensors - sometimes even in hard-to-reach places. The EASYTEC range of wall-mounted enclosures was developed specifically for such applications and is now available in 2 further versions.
The plastic enclosures are available from stock in two different sizes and heights: 101 x 50 x 22/26 mm and 121 x 62 x 26/31 mm (overall length with flange x width x height). From now on there are 2 more versions with 147 x 78 x 30/37 mm (version 125) and "150" with 172 x 93 x 36/46 mm. The enclosures are in the standard colour off-white (RAL 9002) and are made of ASA+PC-FR material (UV-resistant). Other colour versions can be requested. For the best possible protection indoors as well as outdoors, a seal (protection class IP 65) is available as an accessory. PCBs can be installed in the top part and/or in the bottom part. Suitable self-tapping screws for mounting the PCBs are included in the range of accessories.
EASYTEC enclosures have permanently integrated lugs on the short end faces of the bottom part. These allow the devices to be quickly mounted on the wall (horizontally or vertically), but can also be used for easy installation on tubes/round profiles. A rounded recess on the underside of the enclosure visually and technically supports the latter application on tube systems. EASYTEC enclosures can be modified as required: with printing, laser marking, painting, mechanical machining for interfaces/LEDs, EMC coating on the inner side of the enclosure, as well as assembly work.
