Der NTSwincash repairmanager ermöglicht ein zentrales Software-gestütztes Reparatur-Management, das alle Vorgänge und Dokumentationen rund um die Reparaturabwicklung in der Telekommunikationsbranche automatisiert. Die Lösung setzt dabei schon in den Shops an und realisiert unter anderem eine schnelle Erfassung von Reparaturvorgängen, eine Ersatzgeräte-Verwaltung, ein Monitoring mit Reparaturstatusanzeigen und einen Überblick über Bestände, Kundendaten sowie Kostenvoranschläge. Zugleich bedient sie die zentrale Verwaltung und ermöglicht neben einer Steuerung durch das Management auch den Mitarbeitern sowie den Kunden den Online-Zugriff auf alle entscheidenden Informationen zu Reparaturaufträgen.
