In einem agil angelegten Veränderungsprojekt entwickelte die IT der WBS GRUPPE neue Grundlagen für die eigene Arbeit. Kommunikation, Leistungsfähigkeit und Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeiter:innen standen auf der Agenda. Um möglichst viele Menschen zur Mitarbeit zu motivieren, wurde die Veränderungsinitiative offen und als agiler Prozess gestartet. Die noventum Unternehmenskultur-Experten lieferten das agile Rüstzeug und managten das vielschichtige Projekt. noventum-Beraterin Alina Goebel moderierte als Agile Coach alle Meetings und war Inputgeberin sowie    Ansprechpartnerin für individuelle Beratungen. „Frau Goebel hat uns als Agile Coach durch unseren ganzen anspruchsvollen Prozess begleitet und jederzeit die Sicherheit vermittelt, dass wir auf dem richtigen Weg sind,“ so IT-Leiter Pedro Bergemann.
