The new Baldur Softlight provides new opportunities for individual interior design concepts with a special (light-) atmosphere. Due to a 9% up-light and the wide beam light distribution even rooms with low ceilings appear positively. They look brighter and more friendly.
The soft light version enlarges the Baldur family in terms of optics and applications and has become more flexible. For almost every application a suitable light distribution is available: from narrow, over medium-beam till ultra wide beam light distribution, from double-asymmetrical to asymmetrical, it is now available with opal indirect / direct light distribution.
The new opal cover hides the LED so that a direct glare is avoided. The extremely modular basic concept of the LED light line system Baldur remains unchanged. With the developed Click-Fast system, the light line can be easily fixed into the trunking and can be adapted easily for any situation. Thanks to the L, T and X connectors, the integration of LED Skadi or non-system 3C spots, Baldur arises many possible combinations that allow an individual and flexible lighting interior design for different demands.
Baldur convinces by clear, aesthetic design language. The cross-sectional area is only 25% compared to a conventional light line system. Baldur was recently crowned in one of the most prestigious international design competitions, the reddot design award.
