Fahrgastzählung in den NEW-Bussen

Ab der kommenden Woche führt die NEW mobil und aktiv wieder Fahrgastzählungen in den Bussen in Mönchengladbach und Viersen durch. Von Montag, 06. November, bis einschließlich Sonntag, 26. November, finden elektronische Zählungen mit Hilfe von Smartphones statt. Es wird dabei ermittelt, wie groß der Anteil der Fahrgäste mit einem Schwerbehindertenausweis und wie der Fremdnutzeranteil ist.

Alle mit der Fahrgastzählung beauftragten NEW-Mitarbeiter tragen einen Dienstausweis bei sich. Der Ausweis wird den Fahrgästen unaufgefordert vorgezeigt. Die NEW bittet alle Fahrgäste bei der Zählung um Unterstützung.
