Flash-OFDM bietet Download-Raten von bis zu 3,2 MBit/s, typischerweise zwischen 1 und 1,5 MBit/s. Uploads werden in der Spitze mit bis zu 900 kBit/s und im Durchschnitt mit 300-500 kBit/s möglich. Dank Flarions IP-optimierter Flash-OFDM- Technologie ist es Mobilfunkbetreibern nun möglich, Firmennetzwerke nahtlos mit einem Wide Area Network (WAN) zu verbinden.
In den USA stehen mit Cellular One in Amarillo, Texas und Citizens Telecom in Virginia die ersten Mobilfunkbetreiber bereit, die den MBR814 in den nächsten Tagen ausliefern werden. In Europa sind dies der finnische Provider Digita, der Flash-OFDM landesweit in das 450 MHZ Funkband integrieren wird, und Retel, die Flash-OFDM in ein neu geschaffenes Netzwerk in Kroatien integrieren werden.
