Tom Mendoza ist seit 1994 bei NetApp, war zunächst für den Nordamerikavertrieb zuständig und wurde 2001 President von NetApp. Er hat seit über 30 Jahren Führungspositionen in der High-Tech-Industrie inne, war unter anderem im Vorstand von Netscreen Technologies und Rhapsody Networks und ist Mitglied im Vorstand von Infoblox. Mendoza studierte an der University of Notre Dame in Indiana und ist Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftswissenschaften sowie Alumnus des Executive Business Program der Stanford Business School. An beiden Einrichtungen tritt Mendoza als Gastdozent auf.
Georgens ist seit Oktober 2005 bei NetApp und seit Januar 2007 Executive Vice President Product Operations. Zuvor war er neun Jahre bei Engenio, einer LSI Logic Tochter, zuletzt zwei Jahre als CEO. Unter anderem war er President von LSI Logic Storage Systems und Executive Vice President von LSI Logic. Er baute Engenio zu einem erfolgreichen OEM-Anbieter für Unternehmen wie IBM, Sun Microsystems, StorageTek, Silicon Graphics und NCR auf. Zuvor war er 11 Jahre bei EMC in verschiedenen Technologie- und Marketing-Positionen tätig. Georgens ist Bachelor of Science und Master of Engineering für Computer- und Systemtechnik des Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute und absolvierte das Babson College als MBA.
