According to § 21 para 1 WpHG this is to inform you that JPMorgan Chase & Co. has exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10% of the voting rights of Neschen AG, Hans-Neschen-Str. 1, 31675 Bückeburg on the 31st May 2008 and now amounts to 14.96% (1,962,879 shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting shares.
