Die Frage, welche Materialien und Technologien zukünftig für die Wärmedäm-mung eingesetzt werden, griff der Technologietag "Innovative Isolationsmateria-lien für die Bauwirtschaft" auf, der am 31.05.2011 durch die Landesinitiative Nano- und Materialinnovationen Niedersachsen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innovationsmanagement der SOLVAY GmbH organisiert wurde.
Die Veranstaltung ermöglichte Vertretern aus Forschung und Industrie die Möglichkeit, aktuelle Entwicklungen, Bedarfe und Kompetenzen im Zielfeld innovativer Isolationsmaterialien zu adressieren. Rund 30 Teilnehmer nutzten die Chance, im Expertenkreis über Synergien und Kooperationsmöglichkeiten im Bereich Wärmedämmung zu diskutieren und sich über aktuelle Trends und Anwendungen auszutauschen.
Im anschließenden Workshopteil wurden Bedarfe für mögliche zukünftige Projektvorhaben identifiziert. Dies mit dem Ziel, gemeinsam innovative Lösungsan-sätze zu erarbeiten und neue Verfahren sowie Produkte zu entwickeln. Der Technologietag wurde abgeschlossen mit einer Präsentation zum Thema "Solar Impulse als Synonym für Nachhaltigkeit" von der Solvay GBU Special Chemicals.
