Mit dem Abschluss der Email-Funktionalität entwickelt sich my-files vom Anbieter der gleichnamigen virtuellen Festplatte hin zum Komplettanbieter für alle Internetaktivitäten.

Unter dem Motto "Ihr Platz im Internet" bietet my-files neben der ursprünglichen virtuellen Festplatte mittlerweile eine ganze Palette von Lösungen für Konsumenten, Vereine und kleine Firmen an. So wurde die ursprüngliche virtuelle Fesplatte schrittweise um einen Bookmarks-, Foto-, Web-Hosting und Email-Dienst erweitert. Jetzt ist die Email- Funktionalität um ein Adressbuch komplettiert worden. Eine Besonderheit ist, dass es möglich ist aus dem Adressbuch heraus Emails an Gruppen zu senden. Dadurch wird auch der Community-Aspekt unterstrichen, auf den my-files besonderen Wert fprj.
