Der Textildrucker, auf den viele Textildruckspezialisten gewartet haben, ist nun endlich auf dem Markt verfügbar. Es handelt sich hierbei um einen digitalen Textil-Direktdrucker mit einer maximalen Druckbreite von 3,30 Metern namens "AuqaJet 3324" vom Hersteller GandiInnovations. Die "AquaJet" ist die erste drei Meter breite Direktdruckmaschine, die mit wasserbasierenden Sublimationstinten betrieben wird. Sie hat eine integrierte Fixiereinheit und erreicht aufgrund der 24 Druckköpfe eine Druckgeschwindigkeit von rund 100 qm pro Stunde. Die Auflösung von max. 600 dpi ergeben hochauflösende, waschfeste und farbbrillante Druckergebnisse. Die "AquaJet 3324" verfügt über ein Absaugsystem mit Luftfilter. Außerdem ist die Druckmaschine mit heizbaren Längsschneidern ausgestattet, so daß die Textilien nach dem Druck sofort in das richtige Format zugeschnitten werden können. Die bedruckten Textilien müssen nach dem Druck nicht mehr ausgewaschen werden, sie riechen nicht und sind ökologisch unbedenklich. Eine für Textil ausgelegte Materialführung und eine Tintenrinne sorgen für einen optimalen Durchdruck. Die "AquaJet" wird mit der Software TexPrint angesteuert.
Nach der "Premiere" der "AquaJet 3324" auf der ITMA wurde die Druckmaschine auch auf der viscom gezeigt. Die dort nebeneinander gelegenen Messestände von Gandinnovations und Multi-Plot waren ideal, um Beratungsgespräche zu führen und anschließend die Druckmaschine während der Produktion zu zeigen. Das Feedback der Interessenten und Kunden war äußerst positiv.

Additional, the "AquaJet" is equipped with a heat cutting system, which allows you to slit and seal the fabric to the finished required sizes. Advantages of digital textile printing are brilliant colours, waterproof, UV resistant and ecologically safe and it´s usable for in- and outdoor. Sportswear, textiles for decoration, carpets, bed sheets, towels, large format banners or flags are only a small selection of media, which can be printed on.
