MSC Technologies delivers 29-inch (74 cm) stretched TFT display from Innolux with Half Full HD resolution

MSC Technologies, a business unit of Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT), presents the S290AJ1-LE1 29-inch (74 cm) stretched TFT display from Innolux. The display features an active area of 698.4 mm (horizontal) x 196.43 mm (vertical). The module supports Half Full HD resolution of 1920 x 540 pixels and can display 16.7 million colors (8-bit).

The SMVA (Super MVA) technology implemented in the TFT display ensures an ultra-wide viewing angle of 89 degrees in all directions with high color saturation (NTSC 72%). Thanks to the brightness of 900 cd/m², the LCD module can also be used in applications with less than ideal lighting conditions. The high contrast ratio is 5000:1.

The S290AJ1-LE1 stretched TFT display has a LED backlight with a specified lifetime of 50,000 hours. The LED driver is integrated in the module. The surface of the display is treated with an anti-glare coating.

The dimensions of the stretched TFT display are 731.5 mm (H) x 229.5 mm (V) x 19.8 mm (D). The operating temperature range is 0 to +50 degrees Celsius. The panel is equipped with a dual channel LVDS interface.

The stretched LCD module from Innolux can be used for various purposes. Thanks to its format, it is especially suitable for use in the sectors of public information, local public transportation and automation.
