Bei einer Spannung von 28 V zwischen Drain und Source, einer Frequenz von 2140 MHz und einem Betriebsstrom von 20 mA beträgt die Effizienz des kleineren FETs etwa 52 Prozent, die des 10-W-FETs liegt bei gleichen Spannungs- und Frequenzwerten und einem Betriebsstrom von 100 mA bei 46 Prozent.
