1-GHz- und Low Cost-Hybride erweitern CATV-Portfolio

Power Doubler Hybride und Push-Pull-Versionen bewährter Modellvarianten

Gleich mehrere neue 1-GHz- und Low Cost Hybride (U-Typ), letztere zum Teil mit deutlich verbesserten ESD-Schutz (SU-Typen), runden das aktuelle CATV-Portfolio von NEC Electronics (Vertrieb: Gleichmann Electronics) ab. So sind jetzt im 1-GHz-Bereich unter anderem auch Power Doubler Hybride mit 18,5, 22,5, 24,5 und 27dB Gain verfügbar. Darüber hinaus werden die bewährten Modellvarianten MC7831 und MC7832 ab sofort auch als 1-GHz-Push-Pull-Versionen angeboten, wobei sich die Typen MC7831-HA und MC7832-HA durch eine sehr hohe lineare Gain, niedriges Rauschen und eine geringe Verzerrung über das gesamte Frequenzspektrum auszeichnen.
