The two-day forum featured informative presentations from MPDV customers Panduit, Eppendorf, and IPEX. These customer talks examined the advantages of HYDRA, the use of HYDRA in a variety of manufacturing environments, and the adaptability of HYDRA to suit customers’ unique needs. The clients who took part in Customer Day 2019 all use MPDV’s HYDRA Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to improve the day-to-day efficiency and productivity of their manufacturing facilities. The event provided attendees with opportunities to network with other HYDRA users, exchange MES knowledge, listen to customer presentations discussing the use of HYDRA in their facilities, explore HYDRA news and user experiences, and examine the exciting future of digital manufacturing and IoT.
The forum included a keynote address by MPDV’s Juergen Petzel, the Vice President Sales for MPDV. Customers were able to listen to presentations and take part in discussions from MPDV highlighting HYDRA technology, which makes it one of the leading Manufacturing Execution Systems in the world.
