Code of Conduct in 18 Sprachen für die Kardex Group

M.I.T e-Solutions hat für die Kardex Group ein einstündiges Lernprogramm zum Thema Code of Conduct umgesetzt, das den Verhaltenskodex des Schweizer Konzerns multimedial und praxisnah vermittelt. Zielgruppe sind die ca. 1.900 Beschäftigten des Spezialisten für Lagerund Materialflusslösungen in 30 Ländern weltweit. Aus diesem Grund wurde das Web Based Training von M.I.T in insgesamt 18 Sprachen umgesetzt. Ausgangspunkt des Kurses war der vorhandene Verhaltenskodex der Unternehmensgruppe, der in Zusammenarbeit mit Kardex um unternehmensspezifische Fallbeispiele ergänzt wurde. Dadurch wurde ein hoher Alltagsbezug und schnelle Umsetzbarkeit im Arbeitsalltag gewährleistet. Ein Highlight des Kurses sind sogenannte Challenges, bei denen Lernende ihr Wissen durch eine Beurteilung typischer Berufssituationen überprüfen können. Weltweit werden die Sprachversionen des Kurses mit der M.I.T eigenen Lernmanagement-Lösung New Academy ausgerollt.
