MID qualified for the competition for medium‐sized businesses not only due to its economic success but also for its complex culture of innovation, high‐level of service competence and active customer focus. MID was also assessed on job creation for both employees and students and how it gives back to the community.
"The fact that MID has been nominated for this major medium‐sized business prize and made it through to the final affirms our being in it for the long‐run; we are not merely focused on economic achievements" explains MID managing director, Jürgen Leuschel.
