MID GmbH: MID GmbH now has a new head of the academy. In January, Thomas Henninger took over at the helm as head of the MID Academy. He brings with him many years of experience as a trainer and senior consultant. His main area of expertise is Business Process Management (BPM), which encompasses the universal implementation of BPMN in projects. His work also focuses on bringing business processes from the operating department together with the technical processes carried out in the IT department. Thomas Henninger has made a name for himself in this sector as both a consultant and author. 30 years of training experience and thousands of training participants mark the MID Academy out. Their methods and tool training, from requirements and business process modeling, right through to model-based software development, are carried out in the form of open trainings as well as trainings carried out onsite directly at the customer's place of work. The latter option is particularly suited to customers with large projects, such as is the case for Bundesagentur für Arbeit, Daimler AG or Deutsche Telekom AG.
The training schedule for the 2nd quarter 2012 is already packed full of new methods and tool trainings, as well as extra certification preparations. The trainings are based on new and innovative trainings methods which enable the specific needs of the participants to be taken into consideration.
"This is just the tip of the iceberg. We will continue to build on the offers currently provided by the MID Academy and provide our customers with a modular concept. This can then be used to give our customers a tailor-made trainings plan to achieve their goals quicker", explains Thomas Henninger, head of the MID Academy. "We have got our sights set high and are always on the look out for experienced, competent and creative trainers who want to be involved in the exciting new direction the MID Academy has taken."
