Den Auftakt der Un-Konferenz machen zwei Workshops "Komplexität live" mit Alexander Tornow am Donnerstag. Am Freitag startet der Tag mit einem Impuls von Niels Pfläging mit dem Titel "Komplexität - Komplexithoden", der dann zu weiteren gemeinsam geplanten Sessions anregen soll. Am Samstag gibt Julian Kea einen Impuls, wie man Komplexität spielerisch ergründen kann. Auch daran schließen sich frei geplante Sessions an. Ziel ist es, auf Augenhöhe Wissen zu teilen und zu vermehren.
Das Format PM Camp findet seit 2011 an unterschiedlichen Orten Europas statt. 2015 in Berlin, Barcelona, Dornbirn, Hamburg, Karlsruhe, München, im Rhein-Main-Gebiet, Stuttgart, Wien und Zürich. Die Initiatoren verfolgen das Ziel, die Un-Konferenz unter dem Motto "offen, vielfältig, weltweit" immer weiter global zu verbreiten. Deshalb kann jede und jeder ein regionales PM Camp veranstalten, sofern die formulierte Strategie des PM Camps mitgetragen und gemeinsam weiter entwickelt wird.
