Die WebApp bildet somit einen weiteren Teil des breiten Funktionsspektrums der Software für prozessbasiertes Projektmanagement ab. Bisher konnten Nutzer per App bereits Dokumente und Formulare bearbeiten, Zustände editieren, Fotos und Dateien hochladen und per Gantt-Chart ihre Projekte planen. Mit der Realisierung eines Dashboards erfüllt microTOOL einen Kundenwunsch, der auf der Anwenderkonferenz im April geäußert wurde. Das seit 1984 etablierte Softwareunternehmen aus Berlin entwirft seine Lösungen seit jeher in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden.

Sie unterstützt Anwender beim (Multi)Projekt-, Anforderungs-, Änderungs-, Konfigurations-, Dokumenten-, Qualitäts-, Risiko-, Prozess-, und Testmanagement. Um Normen und Standards einzuhalten, nutzen insbesondere Unternehmen aus den Bereichen Automotive, Medizintechnik sowie der öffentliche Sektor seit 1997 die Software.
