MICROS-FIDELIO GmbH Recognized as Sitecore's International Site of the Year Category Winner

MICROS-Fidelio a subsidiary of MICROS Systems, Inc. the world's leading developer of enterprise applications serving the hospitality and specialty retail industry sectors, announced today that it has been named the International Sitecore Web Site of the Year category winner. Selected from several customers, MICROS-Fidelio is being recognized for its use of Sitecore's web and online marketing technology to develop more effective business processes and advance digital strategies.

MICROS-Fidelio designed and built a lead generation portal in 15 languages to increase conversion rates and brand perception in 22 EAME countries. Sitecore's Web Content Management System (CMS) allowed the marketing team to launch new modules for online international campaigns faster and more efficiently.

Sitecore's Site of the Year contest recognizes organizations that have leveraged Sitecore's technology to develop the most outstanding websites. Nominations are judged on creativity, integration with rich data sources and applications, the ability to engage, educate and motivate an action, and the overall user experience the site is able to deliver to its visitors. The Sitecore Site of the Year contest is divided into four regions, International, Denmark, UK, and North America.
