Meyer Burger Technology AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: MBTN) wurde von Sentis Capital PCC ("Sentis") informiert, dass mehrere Aktionäre unter Beteiligung von Sentis auf der Grundlage einer Aktionärsvereinbarung eine Gruppe gebildet haben, die in Bezug auf ihre Beteiligung an Meyer Burger gemeinsam handelt. Die Aktionärsgruppe weist gemäss Informationen von Sentis eine Beteiligung von 10,425% an Aktien und Derivaten aus.

 

Meyer Burger hat bisher keinen formellen Antrag zur Einberufung einer ausserordentlichen Generalversammlung erhalten.
