NEU bei Meusburger: Kraftspanner und Spannpratzen für den Werkzeug- und Formenbau

Im neuen Werkstattbedarf-Katalog von Meusburger finden sich seit November 2014 die Kraftspanner HWS 100 und HWS 102 für die schnelle Positionierung von Spannelementen. Die robuste Bauweise ermöglicht Spannkräfte von 10 bis 25 kN. Während sich die Kraftspanner HWS 100 ideal zum Spannen von Werkzeugen auf Spritzgießmaschinen eignen, ist die Ausführung HWS 102 perfekt für das Spannen von Platten und Stäben auf Werkzeugtischen mit T-Nuten.

Ebenfalls neu in der Kategorie Spanntechnik ist die Spannpratze HWS 110 für schnelles und stufenloses Spannen speziell von Stanzwerkzeugen. Verschiedene Spannhöhen können hiermit schnell und ohne zusätzliche Unterlagen überbrückt werden. Die robuste Bauweise erlaubt höchste Belastungen und durch die einfache Ausführung benötigt die Spannpratze wenig Platz auf dem Maschinentisch.
