"Es ist Zeit für Rock'n'Roll" sagt Peter Maffay. Am 5. Februar werden in der Halle 1 des Erfurter Messegeländes zum Konzert des Deutschrockers ca. 9.000 Besucher erwartet Die Messe Erfurt ist auf den Besucheransturm bestes vorbereitet und stellt knapp 1.000 zusätzliche Parkplätze bereit. Anreisende Fans aus Richtung Westen (A4 und A71/B7) werden über die Wirtschaftseinfahrt der Messe auf den Zusatz-Parkplatz West geleitet. Von dort gelangen sie über den Messeeingang West überdacht in die Konzerthalle 1 (siehe Anfahrtsplan). Die Zufahrt ist ausgeschildert.

"Bei Großevents dieser Art passen wir unser Verkehrskonzept an, um den Besuchern die bequeme An- und Abreise zu erleichtern", sagt Messechef Wieland Kniffka. Zuletzt habe man dies erfolgreich zum "Traumrock Special" im vergangenen November praktiziert. "Konzertbesuchern aus Erfurt empfehlen wir aber - nutzen Sie die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel".
