Auf dem Messestand der MAW Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH werden die Themen Entgraten und Polieren mittels Bürsten und Gleitschleifen ausführlich vorgestellt

Die Sindelfinger MAW Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH stellt in Halle 8, Stand D42 Präzisionsmaschinen zum automatischen Entgraten und Polieren vor. Zwei Technologien stehen dabei im Fokus. Die Bearbeitung mit abrasiven Bürsten und die Schleifbearbeitung mit Vibrations- und Fliehkraft-Gleitschleifmaschinen. Beide Verfahren finden für ein unterschiedliches Teilespektrum Anwendung. Das Bürsten wird eingesetzt zum Entgraten und Polieren flächiger Teile sowie zum präzisen Verrunden von zum Beispiel Werkzeugschneidkanten. Die von MAW gezeigten Gleitschleifverfahren wiederum sind bestens geeignet um kleine und kleinste Teile präzise zu Entgraten und deren Oberfläche zu polieren. Mit beiden Verfahren werden feinste Oberflächen bis zur Hochglanzpolitur erzeugt. Konkret gezeigt wird die neue Transfer-Bürsten-Entgratmaschine Gerber BS-Power mit automatischer Teile-Wendeeinrichtung sowie die universell einsetzbare Bürst-Poliermaschine Gerber BP-Smart. Bei den Gleitschleifmaschinen vom Hersteller Polyservice sind es ein Mikro-Wirbelschliffvibrator zum Bearbeiten sehr kleiner Teile der Mikromechanik, eine neue Gleitspalt-Fliehkraftmaschine, eine Satelliten-Fliehkraftmaschine und der bewährte 30 Liter Wirbelschliff-Rundvibrator P30.
