Nach rund eineinhalb Jahren seiner Selbstständigkeit vermeldet e2consulting-Geschäftsführer Matthias Holsten fachlichen Zuwachs im eigenen Haus. Mit den in der EMS-Branche langjährig gedienten Experten Bernd Schippmann baut Holsten seine Kompetenz in einem Geschäftsbereich weiter aus, den seine Klientel bei ihm verstärkt nachfragt: "Das Unternehmen auf ein betriebswirtschaftlich gesundes Fundament zu stellen, ist eine unabdingbare Notwendigkeit, will ein EMSBetrieb künftig noch wettbewerbsfähig sein", erklärt Matthias Holsten seine Entscheidung für die Bereichserweiterung.

Mit Bernd Schippmann als Kaufmännischen Leiter hat Holsten in der Vergangenheit bereits auf höchstem Niveau die Geschicke in der EMS-Branche gelenkt. Nach eigenem Bekunden wird der Berater damit in der Lage sein, gezielt und langfristig effizient auf die Entwicklungsprozesse seiner Kunden zu reagieren. "Nicht selten stelle ich bei Unternehmensanalysen fest, dass Eile geboten ist, um die Wirtschaftlichkeit eines EMS-Betriebes auf die Beine zu stellen oder das dringend notwendige Neugeschäft sofort anzukurbeln", erklärt Matthias Holsten.
