MatriX Technologies recognized with “Bavaria’s Best 50” award

MatriX Technologies GmbH was recognized with the "Bavaria's Best 50" award by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs / The award ceremony took place in the "Residenz" of Munich on July 29, 2014

50 successful Bavarian companies were honored for their strong profitable growth, market positioning and employment creation over the last years.

"Today we recognize the 'growth engines' of the Bavarian industry - especially for their great innovation and performance," said Ilse Aigner, Bavarian State Minister for Economic Affairs. "I am very pleased to reward Bavaria's Best 50 once more and to shake hands with successful entrepreneurs - the 'Hidden Champions' of Bavaria - who always prove: small and medium-sized enterprises are a key driving engine and the backbone of our economy ".

MatriX Technologies CEO Eckhard Sperschneider accepted the award in form of the Bavarian porcelain lion from Ilse Aigner, Bavaria's minister of Economic Affairs. "It makes me very proud to see MatriX being honored by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs. This award underscores that we pursued the right corporate strategy over the past years. My special thanks goes to the MatriX staff worldwide that contributes to the company's success every day. Without their efforts, we could not enjoy this honor today."

The award, which was presented for the 13th time, expresses appreciation for selected Bavarian SMEs' who successfully proved a high level of innovation, corporate responsibility and created new jobs in the region. Amongst this years' winners are companies from the general industries and service sector as well as high-tech companies from all regions of Bavaria. During the selection process, the jury put a main focus on reasonable financial stability, profitability and on sustainable business development.
