Tieflochbohrer auch für kleinste Durchmesser

Für unterschiedliche Bereiche in der Automobilindustrie, beispielsweise für die Bearbeitung von Einspritzdüsen, oder für die Medizintechnik sind Tieflochbohrer in kleinsten Durchmessern gefragt. Zur Bearbeitung dieser filigranen Bauteile hat MAPAL sein Programm an Tieflochbohrern mit Innenkühlung für Bearbeitungszentren um Modelle ab einem Millimeter Durchmesser erweitert.

Die Geometrie der neuen Bohrer wurde speziell auf den kleinen Durchmesserbereich angepasst. Dank neu gestalteter Spannut und besonderem Stirnanschliff sind höchste Vorschübe und Schnittgeschwindigkeiten beim Tieflochbohren realisierbar. Dank der innovativen Kühlkanalführung sind die Bohrer auch für den Einsatz der Minimalmengenschmierung geeignet. Trotz Längen bis 30xD gelangt das Gas-Öl-Gemisch prozesssicher bis an die Schneiden. Statt einer Vollbeschichtung sind die neuen Werkzeuge für mehr Wirtschaftlichkeit lediglich am Kopf beschichtet.

Die neuen Kleinsttieflochbohrer sind im Durchmesserbereich 1,0 bis 2,9 mm (Schaftdurchmesser 3 mm) für die universelle Stahl- und Gussbearbeitung für Bohrtiefen zwischen 20xD bis 30xD verfügbar.
