Manas Amends Investor Relations Agreement

("Manas") (TSX‐V: MNP; OTCBB: MNAP) today announced that it has amended its consulting agreement with Undiscovered Equities, Inc. to provide for an orderly winddown of services from March 1, 2012 until April 29, 2012, on which date the consulting agreement will automatically expire.
