Anforderungen an technische Einrichtungen sind hoch. Die Gestaltung eines rechtssicheren Wartungsvertrags bildet daher die Basis für den Erfolg der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Betreiber und Dienstleister.

Im Intensivseminar „Service- und Wartungsverträge“ erhalten Führungskräfte Fachwissen in den relevanten Rechtsfragen. Schwerpunkte des Intensivseminars sind die verschiedenen Wartungsvertragstypen, deren Gewährleistung und Haftungsrisiken. Teilnehmende erhalten sofort umsetzbare Tools für eine effektive Vertragsdurchführung und Verhandlung.

Nach kurzen Theorieinputs wenden Teilnehmende Ihr Wissen in der Praxis an, indem anhand vorgegebener Textbausteine ein Mustervertrag erstellt wird. Teilnehmende erhalten die Möglichkeit Ihre Service- und Wartungsverträge vorab zuzusenden, damit im Intensivseminar beispielhaft und anonym auf individuelle Klauseln und Vertragsgestaltung eingegangen werden kann.
