Der digitale Wandel erhöht Anforderungen an Führungskräfte. Positives Führen bietet Lösungen für viele dieser Herausforderungen und wird Marktanforderungen sowie Bedürfnissen der Mitarbeitenden gerecht.

In diesem Intensivseminar lernen die Teilnehmenden Herausforderungen erfolgreich zu begegnen, nachhaltige, tragfähige Beziehungen aufzubauen und Erfolgserlebnisse zu fördern. Führungskräfte erreichen damit geringere Ausfallzeiten, höhere Produktivität und weniger Fluktuation.

Das Seminar basiert auf aktuellen wissenschaftlich belegten Erkentnissen aus Psychologie und Neurowissenschaften. Als Special erhalten die Teilnehmenden ein persönliches Coaching-Gespräch.
