Am 03. und 04. Dezember veranstaltet Management-Forum Starnberg die Fachkonferenz „Bau und Betrieb von Senioren- und Pflegeeinrichtungen“. Erfahrene Referenten aus Wissenschaft und Praxis informieren über wichtige Trends beim Neubau, Umbau sowie bei der Sanierung und Betrieb von Senioreneinrichtungen: Worauf kommt es bei der Neuausrichtung im Spannungsfeld Neubau oder Sanierung an? Wie lassen sich Quartierskonzepte erfolgreich umsetzen? Welchen Chancen bieten Demenzorientierung und Smart Health?

Zudem erhalten Teilnehmende zwei integrierte PRAXIS-Workshops über Visualisierungstools und Gebäudeanalyse & Planung. Highlight ist auch in diesem Jahr die Live-Besichtigung: Das SeniorenQuartier in Seefeld.
