Führungskräfte stehen immer wieder vor der Situation krankheitsbedingte Fehlzeiten von Mitarbeitenden managen zu müssen. Das Seminar „Professioneller Umgang mit krankheitsbedingten Fehlzeiten“ vermittelt Maßnahmen, um den Krankenstand zu senken.

Spätestens wenn der Krankenstand die Unternehmensabläufe beeinträchtigt, sollten Verantwortliche handeln: Was verursacht die Krankmeldungen? Welche Maßnahmen schaffen Abhilfe? Und Notfalls: Wie trenne ich mich rechtssicher von kranken Mitarbeitenden?

Im Seminar erfahren Führungskräfte mehr über die Arbeitgeberschutzpflichten und ihre sinnvolle Umsetzung, zum Beispiel bei Burnout, Alkohol- und Drogenmissbrauch. Auch die in diesem Fall oft heikle Gesprächsführung wird trainiert. Weitere Themen sind häufige und langfristige Krankmeldungen, fehlzeitenbedingte Kündigung und betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement.
